Responsibilities :

l  Manage transactions including IPOs, Follow-on Public Offerings, PIPEs, and Private Placements by coordinating internally and with underwriters, lawyers and other advisers, reviewing transaction documentation, anticipating potential issues, defining supporting analysis for negotiation purposes and preparing an agenda for regular client calls

l  Lead the team searching for new investment banking business. Lead the financial analysis of client businesses including the development of financial models

Requirements :

l  Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, business or mathematics) MBA or CFA highly preferred

l  10 or more years of direct work experience in Investment Banking or equivalent in private equity, corporate development, and or/ consulting

l  Outstanding competence in financial modeling, valuation and financial analysis

l  The MD should also be well-versed in leading and executing engagement without significant guidance

l  Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals

l  The ideal candidate should possess exceptional client and business development skills

l  Series 79 and 63 licenses are required, Series 24 preferred

THE ROLE :

Reporting to the Group CEO, the major responsibilities of the HIB is to explore the potentials of our Group’s innovative capabilities and the business opportunities in the financial and fintech markets. The appointed will proactively explore key areas for innovative transformation, develop plans according to varying timelines, and manage these processes by aligning innovation goals with the company's broader business objectives.

In addition, the HIB is expected to form and lead a team to develop, strategize and plan new interventions that will drive innovation. Besides, he or she has to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative brain storming around the Group. Advising the Management in yearly medium-term, long-term and future innovation goals is also one of the major tasks of the HOI. Responsibilities :

l  Partner with CEO and senior management to work on day to day operations of the firm

l  Serve as the FINRA registered Principal Operations Officer (POO)/Registered Option Principal

l  Provide regulatory oversight, risk management and policy implementation for broker-dealer financial and operational regulatory responsibilities

l  Provide direction and guidance to firm leadership on financial and operational matters affecting compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Requirements :

l  5 years of experience with a broker-dealer, regulatory agency or a consulting firm engaged in compliance work for broker-dealers

l  FINRA Series 4, 24 and 27 required; other certifications are helpful

l  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

l  Knowledge of 15c3-3 cash management sweeps is a plus

l  Broad knowledge of FINRA, SEC, banking and consumer finance regulations

l  Proactive, motivated, self-started preferred

THE ROLE :
